Wahoo! (ziplock)
Wahoo! (ziplock)
Price: $20.00
Sale Price: $10.00

Wahoo! is an alternate-history game covering the climactic 8 July 1863 Battle of Washington. One player takes the role of Robert E. Lee, commander of the Army of Northern Virginia, while the other player represents a combined Lincoln/Grant persona.

The game postulates that on the second day at the Battle of Gettysburg, the Confederate attack began earlier... Little Round Top was overrun and the bulk of the Army of the Potomac was forced to fall back on Baltimore to regroup.

The Confederate player is trying to conquer the City of Washington while (optimally) also destroying the Northerner's high command. The degree in which the Rebels succeed or fail is measured in victory points... the Confederate must gain 5 or more points to win. This basically means, barring Lincoln's death, the Confederate player must gain control of the Capitol and the White House hexes to win.

MOSCOW '41 is a light/medium wargame covering the German Army Group Centre offensive aimed to seize Moscow, after having successfully defeated several Soviet armies in the great encirclement battles at the frontier and established two bridgeheads on the Dnieper.

Although based on a historical event, the two players can modify the course of the operations, with the Germans trying to achieve a decisive victory before the winter comes, and the Soviets playing a fighting withdrawal, until ready to strike a decisive blow at the invaders.

The game is recommended for two players, but has excellent solitaire suitability.

Command at Sea travels to the waters off Spain in 1936, where in July, right-wing "Nationalists" rebelled against the democratically elected leftwing "Republicans", resulting in the bloody civil war. Italy and Germany quickly backed the Fascist Nationalists, as the Soviet Union rallied behind the Communist-Socialist-Anarchist Republicans. Meanwhile England, with a reluctant France, desperately sought to keep war from expanding.

Shattered Armada features 22 scenarios describing battles that actually did occur, "could have" battles with combatants who were close enough to fight; and "what if" battles drawn from war plans and journals.

From shore batteries and minefields to battleships and gunboats, players will re-live the role of Spanish navies as they contend with each other and warships of the Great Powers, as war at sea reveals Spain's ultimate fate.

Rome had been a Republic with Senators for about 500 years. Then came the line of emperors: Julius, Augustus, Tiberius, Calligula, Claudius, and then the sixth evil Emperor Nero. After the beast Nero committed suicide in AD 68 after an attempt to prove he was God incarnate, it appeared the Roman Empire had received a fatal wound to its head (leadership) which could not be healed. Three Caesars: The Roman Civil War of AD 69 re-creates this struggle. Galba, Ortho, and Vitellius engaged in a war where Romans fought against their fellow Romans to see who would become the next emperor of Rome.
Historically, none of them succeeded, either militarily or politically. Can you succeed where they failed? If not, General Vespasian is on his way to Rome to proclaim himself emperor, and begin the Flavian Dynasty.

III Caesars is a card driven game wherein the first player to get to Rome, conquer it, and acquire 10 political points wins immedaitely.
